Our role was to address essential needs not only for implementation but also for ongoing support, execution, and efficiency in HR operations. To achieve this, they needed to demonstrate organizational maturity with established HR, payroll, benefits, and performance management systems. With operations in multiple countries and a military component, they required flexible and robust solutions to handle special situations effectively.

- In 12 months, build, migrate and operate single harmonized shared service HRIS platform for 9 acquired business with international footprint, independent operations, separate leadership and P&Ls
- Support ongoing rapid expansion through acquisition – moving recent acquisitions to the model
- Provide vendor management for primary HRIS platform vendor, solution partners and “in country” resources
- Providing platforms and processes compliant with DoD and EU security standards
- Implementation and management of US/global time management, HRIS, US/international payroll, and benefits systems
- Solutions for recruiting, performance management, compensation, succession planning, learning, and TMBC standout
- Accommodations for various international time zones and special operational situations
- Comprehensive training for systems users
Project Execution
- Developed a solid infrastructure to support the client’s expanding government business
- Designed and executed a long-term strategy to support human capital operations
- Provided staffing solutions and program management for human capital operations, acquisition integrations, HR, payroll, and benefits teams
- Implemented and supported new group benefits plans, including managing open enrollment in multiple countries
- Participated in HR due diligence, strategy planning and execution for human capital integration
- Developed and documented policies, procedures, and critical data points
- Executed change management of programs and extensively coached employees on performance reviews
