  • In 12 months, build, migrate and operate single harmonized shared service HRIS platform for 9 acquired business with international footprint, independent operations, separate leadership and P&Ls
  • Support ongoing rapid expansion through acquisition – moving recent acquisitions to the model
  • Provide vendor management for primary HRIS platform vendor, solution partners and “in country” resources
  • Providing platforms and processes compliant with DoD and EU security standards
  • Implementation and management of US/global time management, HRIS, US/international payroll, and benefits systems
