Chris Tucker

Chris brings over 20 years of experience building and leading high-performing teams in the HCM space. As President of enhanceHCM, he is responsible for overall strategy, revenue growth, and operational execution. Since joining the firm in 2019, Chris has played a pivotal role in scaling the business and deepening its reputation as a trusted leader in HCM consulting.

Chris is passionate about both clients and people. He focuses on building strong, lasting relationships – with clients, referral partners, and consultants alike. He believes that great client outcomes start with great teams. Under his leadership, enhanceHCM has made strategic investments in talent, creating an environment where consultants can thrive and deliver exceptional service.

Prior to enhanceHCM, Chris spent nearly two decades at ADP in a variety of sales leadership roles across the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. In his last role, he served as Vice President of Sales within ADP’s Global Enterprise Solutions group.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of California, Davis. He lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife, Lauren, and their two daughters. Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, and cheering on the Lakers and Dodgers.

VP of Revenue and Channel Operations

Laura Harris

Laura brings 12+ years of experience in Human Capital Management and Consulting to her role as Vice President of Revenue & Channel Operations at enhanceHCM. She oversees growth initiatives and strategic alignment across the HCM market, with a focus on driving measurable impact for clients and deepening collaboration with channel partners.

Laura is known for building strong, sustainable relationships – externally with clients and partners, and internally across teams – to foster alignment, trust, and long-term success. She plays a key role in refining service delivery, expanding go-to-market efforts, and ensuring that partners and clients are supported with the right solutions and expertise at every stage.

Prior to joining enhanceHCM, Laura spent seven years at ADP in business development and client management roles. She later joined Gartner, Inc., where she managed consulting relationships with public sector leaders in Los Angeles County.

Laura graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a B.A. in English and American Studies and currently resides in Santa Monica.

VP of Private Equity Services & Special Situations

Monique Black

Monique Black is Vice President, Private Equity Services & Special Situations at enhanceHCM. Through her exceptional relationship management skills and tangible experience managing complex M&A transactions, Monique’s dedicated oversight ensures proactive risk management, strategic guidance, operational readiness, and integration support throughout every step of the M&A Process.

Monique draws on over 25 years of People Leadership and Consulting experience in Human Capital Operations, employment law compliance, and M&A Integration. Her expertise spans across multiple industries as both an in-house leader and advisor to companies of various sizes, and at varying stages of growth.

Prior to joining enhanceHCM, Monique held a number of executive and C-Level roles in complex, service-oriented organizations where she led and executed successful mergers, acquisitions, & divestitures; and was responsible for HR due diligence, integration strategy and change management.

Monique is passionate about helping organizations stay at the forefront of the constantly evolving Human Capital M&A landscape and she is committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients. Her robust knowledge and achievements offer a powerful asset to the dynamic Private Equity landscape.

Monique received her Bachelor of Communications from Westmont College and is further credentialed in Human Resources Management through the University of California Irvine. Monique resides in Aliso Viejo, California with her family. She is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring cultures across the world.

VP of Implementation Services

David Murrell

Dave has over 25 years of experience in complex domestic and international system implementations. Dave oversees delivery and execution in our Large Enterprise space. Dave brings strategic consulting and change management expertise to each project.

Prior to joining enhanceHCM, Mr. Murrell served as VP of Implementation Services at ADP National Accounts. During that time Dave managed a portfolio of large and complex accounts being implemented by ADP averaging over $1M in implementation effort. In total, Dave was directly involved in managing over 40 implementations during his tenure at ADP. Dave also spent five years leading implementation teams engaged in the conversion of Fortune 500 clients to ADP Comprehensive Outsourcing Services. During his career, Dave has led successful implementations with ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft/Oracle and SAP platforms in a variety of industries.

Dave graduated from Davidson College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in History. Dave resides with Charleston, South Carolina with his family of five.

Senior Director of Resource Management

Stacey Flygare

Stacey has 18 years of experience in all aspects of Project Management, Payroll, HR, and Benefits. She has expertise in a number of areas critical to Human Capital Management, including implementations, M&A, system optimizations, SOPs, and HRIS management. In her current role as the Senior Director of Resource Management for enhanceHCM, Stacey specializes in attracting new talent and optimizing resource alignment based on the unique needs of our firm’s clients and partners.

Prior to joining the enhanceHCM team, Stacey spent 4 years at Savory Management Fund where she served as the Director of Payroll Operations. In this role, she created a hybrid payroll team and developed a number of internal processes that helped streamline and optimize strategic operations across the company. Stacey is a subject matter expert on a number of different HRIS/Payroll platforms and has served on HCM product advisory boards, where she works with the development team to test future products and offer end user feedback for new system upgrades and changes.

Stacey resides in Payson Utah with her family and well-loved dogs. She loves to travel and finds tranquility while fly fishing on her favorite rivers.

Director of Client Delivery

Tracey Sells

As Director of Client Delivery for enhanceHCM, Tracey oversees consultant development, provides oversight on client engagements, and develops internal best practices to optimize our firm’s service model and client delivery.

Prior to joining enhanceHCM, Tracey spent 25 years in a variety of Payroll & HR roles where she developed a broad range of expertise that includes implementation, optimization, and process documentation and improvement. Having received both her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) as well as her Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications, she brings a unique blend of practical and theoretical knowledge to her role at enhanceHCM.

Tracey has a passion for developing strategy to support future growth and she is a self-proclaimed spreadsheet nerd who enjoys creating workflows and automations using Excel. She lives in Lincoln Nebraska with her family and in her spare time she enjoys reading, DIY house projects and riding.

Manager of Talent Acquisition

Roslyn Bailey

Roslyn (Roz) is a dedicated talent acquisition professional with 20+ years of experience in both Corporate and Agency sectors. She excels in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting across the US and Canada. As Manager of Talent Acquisition for enhanceHCM, Roz focuses on sourcing top-tier talent to meet specialized client needs.

Prior to joining enhanceHCM, Roz worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, where she exclusively recruited direct hire and consulting candidates, demonstrating expertise in roles spanning Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and C-level positions.

Roz specializes in implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and culture, as well as prioritizing a positive candidate experience.

Roz has a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is a Colorado native and currently resides in Charlotte, NC, where she enjoys spending time with her family, going on nature walks, and watching movies. She is committed to giving back through service and actively contributes to local shelters, food banks, and various organizations in her community.

Jack Rhineer

Jack Rhineer is a Human Capital Management professional with an extensive background in Payroll, HRIS, and Human Resources. As Manager of Payroll & HRIS Consulting Services for enhanceHCM, Jack works to ensure optimal project alignment between our firm’s consultants and clients. He is committed to delivering tailored solutions to every client, guided by his expertise in managing payroll operations and overseeing the complexities of HRIS Implementations.

Prior to joining enhanceHCM, Jack led a team of four payroll experts, supervising a workforce exceeding 5000 employees at Savory Management Fund. He excels in adeptly navigating the intricate landscape of mergers and acquisitions within fast-paced environments.

Jack is proud to call Salt Lake City home, where he and his spouse, Bri, actively engage in several outdoor activities including skiing, golf, and photography.
