A 150-employee eCommerce company was carved out from a large public retail company, requiring a complete stand-up of payroll, HR, and benefits administration. enhanceHCM was called in to set up new entity/FEIN and transition employees into ADP Comprehensive Services (Payroll/Time, HR/Benefits, Talent Management). The team also needed to build policies & procedures from scratch while providing interim HR & Payroll Support.
