A large, decentralized organization with 130+ Federal IDs and more than 4,000 employees undertook a major HCM transition. Leadership required a thorough data clean-up prior to go-live to ensure accuracy and consistency. Due to its complexity, the organization also needed a high degree of customization at the entity level to meet operational and compliance needs.

enhanceHCM was engaged to manage the transition and ensure a smooth, efficient deployment. Our responsibilities included: Conducting detailed analysis of 4,000 active employee records to standardize position data structures. Identifying process improvements and collaborating with stakeholders to document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Managing deliverables and tracking milestones to ensure the project stayed on schedule.
