OUR ROLE
enhanceHCM was engaged to serve as the client-side project manager, overseeing the implementation from pre-planning through go-live and stabilization. In addition to driving configuration, the team revamped internal policies and procedures, managed dual maintenance, and led extensive data validation and cleanup to prepare the organization for a successful transition.
